I am an independent solution architect and fractional CTO: I build companies' digital backbone, systems, applied artificial intelligence, field tools, and grow the people who keep it alive.
Without big top-down projects: you start from a real operational problem, solve it, and every solution becomes the building block of the next one. It works in the office and on the shop floor alike.

Today
As an independent professional, I am currently fractional CTO of DIFE S.p.A., an Italian environmental services company with a hundred employees, where I lead a five-person development team and the digitalization of the entire operation: management platform, field apps, AI in production, logistics and compliance. In parallel, I work on projects and consulting engagements for other organisations.
